How you may be putting people off your business
How often do you NOT go back to a particular store because the sales assistants were un-attentive and rude or pushy with sales? You can bet this happens online too. Only online – it’s easier to walk away.
Pushiness pushes people away.
You need to give your audience a reason to buy from you.
Instead of going straight in for a sales post on LinkedIn, or pitching over a message.. Start a conversation.
Building trust and a true connection with your audience is what will get them to buy. It’s also what will encourage them to refer others to buy from you.
You need your audience to care.
They need to care about WHY you do what you do..
??Why are you doing in this business?
??Why should they come to you?
They need to care about the problem that you solveā¦
??What are your customers pain points?
??What problem do you solve?
And they also want to be cared for – make them feel like they are important and respected.
If you don’t feel like your customers are the most important aspect of your business, you couldn’t be more wrong.
Who are the ones that pay your bills? That’s right, your customers.
